Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1- 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If we anticipate a significant delay in the delivery of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at hello@gripitfit.com.au immediately.
We can only accommodate changes if the request is received within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has entered the fulfilment process.
Once an order has begun processing, we cannot modify the shipping address, modify, or cancel the order.

- Do not include potential customs delays for international shipments.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. For some international destinations, tracking may be limited once the parcel leaves the origin country.
International Shipping
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Grip It Fit has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Delays
International deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or local postal service conditions.
Grip It Fit is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal service inefficiencies, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout. Grip It Fit is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or others at your address who may have accepted the delivery.
- Contact your local postal carrier or delivery service.
- Check any safe spaces where packages might be left at your location.
- If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@gripitfit.com.au within 5 days of the indicated delivery date.
- For packages showing no delivery scan after 15 days of shipment (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us for assistance.
